Welcome to Streamza ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://streamza.co.uk ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Streamza provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content and EPG data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.
Streamza offers the following subscription tiers:
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout. Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Payments are processed securely; Streamza does not store payment card details. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.
All sales are final once an account has been activated. Exceptions apply only in cases of (a) a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, in which case a pro-rata credit may be issued; or (b) a confirmed duplicate charge, which will be refunded in full. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT:

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application. Streamza does not provide support for third-party applications.
Streamza strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party content provider disruptions or force majeure events. Streamza is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
All content delivered through the Service — including live channels, VOD, logos and EPG data — is the property of the respective content owners and licensors. Streamza does not claim ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.
The Streamza name, logo and website design are the property of Streamza and may not be used without written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]; access will continue until the end of the paid period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMZA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms at streamza.co.uk/terms.html with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
